Pain and pleasure together...
Ok. I've decided to make a promise to myself. I'm going to lose 2 stone (28 pounds/13.6kg) by christmas.
I've got a gut. Not a huge one, but a gut. I need to lose weight, therefore I have A Plan(tm).
This is my plan:
- No alcohol at all until Christmas.
- As little red meat as posible.
- No fast food at all.
- Drink more water.
- Continue with Ju-Jitsu.
- Workout in the morning.
This will consist of:
- 50 crunches
- 25 lateral crunches (each side)
- 10 push ups (I really suck at these)
- Riding to work and back (3 miles most days)
This I hope will help me tone up, increase my fitness, and just generally lose wieght. It's not like I'm hugely overwieght.. but I am fat.. therefore lets fix that shall we?
